Conditions:
E-Mail me as the first step in obtaining a quality Registered AKC Chi. I will only answer e-mails
that contain your full name, address, phone number and information about yourself such as why you are looking for a chihuahua.
My pups are available to "Approved Homes" only.
My pups are sold with AKC Full registration (may be used for breeding and are show potential at the time
of sale) OR AKC Limited registration (determined to be of pet quality at time of sale and are placed with a spay/neuter Contract.
They can be shown in some AKC events such as obedience, agility,rally, etc.) I offer no guarantee's written or expressed.
I ask that you sign a waiver to the Florida Lemon Law and by doing so accept that puppy sold is not quaranteed beyond being
in top health at time of sale.
I do the best I can to produce Quality, Healthy pups Carefully Bred to be Free of Common Genetic Defects
with a great temperament and do NOT place them before appox. 12 weeks of age to make sure they are Healthy and Well-adjusted. All
pups have dew claws removed, vacinations & worming's current for age, are home raised with love to be well socialized
and come with a Health Certificate including a negative fecal test, and examined for defects by a vet with
over 20 years specializing in Chihuahuas. They are certified as healthy with the vet exam and when leaving my home.They also
come with a "puppy pack" containing items you will need to allow your little one to adjust more smoothly to its new home.
I utilize proper breeding selection of only parent dogs free of genetic defects and in top condition. As
I am Not a "puppy mill" trying to produce litter after litter with my females with no concern for their health and well
being. Therefor, at times you will find I have No pups available but will place you on a Waiting List after you have been
screened. (suitable home where the pup will be loved and pampered whether it is a show or pet pup) I also am willing to Discuss
my Prices with you IF you are a "Approved Home" where I believe you will love and care for the pup as I would.
Chihuahua's need to be walked as much as 4 times a day as Adults and do Not like to be left alone. They are very
social dogs requiring a lot of love and attention. Pups are even more demanding as they need to be Fed 4 times a day innitially
(or at will, with food and water Always available) and walked every several hours to be properly
housebroken. They are by nature curious, like toddlers, want to get into things as they explore the world around them.
So Please think about if Your Lifestyle permits the Time & Committment these wonderful little babies require. Thanxs.
Payment is by cash or certified bank check ONLY. I AM willing to work out payment plans to fit your
budget :) A non-refundable deposit will hold your puppy with payments set up to fit your budget till pup is paid in Full.
Then pup is free to go to their New Loving Home.
Shipping is possible for pups when they are about 12 weeks of age on preferably direct
flight in a pressurized cabin for their safety. I Prefer to use Delta Pet First to ship pups. Shipping usually starts at $325
approx.If the rates are higher/lower at the time of shipping I will inform you. Shipping does include a crate,
Vet Health Certificate, Airline Acclaimation Letter signed and written by Vet, and they are current for all age appropriate
shots/wormings and are free of worms, and my costs to the airport. Puppy Pack can be mailed to you separately to help
your pup adjust to your home. Those in Florida, other transportation arrangements can be made. I prefer to meet with
prospective parent(s) when possible so to ensure a good match between pup and owner. I prefer Not to Ship Internationally
due to the quarentines imposed and the effects it can have on a puppy.
If for Any reason you can Not keep your pup or dog, Prior to other placement, you need to contact me and I
will accept the dog back with No questions asked. Transportation arrangements to be made with me. You were the Approved Home
I placed the pup with You not another party or agency.I am very careful who I place my chi's with But understand that
things can happen beyond your control. That is why I insist I am called first and again No Questions will be asked. In
my contract I will give you this promise.
